Rent Guidelines

The Museum facility can be rented for special occasions, meetings, and after hour tours.

Tours during museum hours

Groups touring museum only (no food)

• Groups less than 10 - $3 per person
• Groups of 10 or more - $2 per person

Groups with meals and tour

• Minimum group is 10
• Max for meals is 60 people without board approval
• Charge is $2 for tour, $1 for setup/administrative fee, $5-$6 for food depending on menu

Tours after museum hours

Pre-scheduled group tour of museum only (no food)

• $3 per person plus $20 donation (to cover staff expense)

Unscheduled group tour of museum only (no food)

• $3 per person plus $30 donation (to cover staff expense)

Renting Facility only - no food or drink included

Private event during or after hours

• Library - front only - $50
• 1 staff person - 2 hrs.

Private groups less than 30 people

• Access to full museum - $100
• 1 staff person - 4 hrs max

Private groups of 30 people or more

• Access to full museum - $150
• 1-2 staff person - 4 hrs max

Food and drink can be purchased at an additional cost - but must be obtained through the museum
